I've tried using steamcalculator.com to get an exact estimate but it says I have zero games, for whatever reason (even though when you click on the profile you can see 222 games available, which includes all of the DLC's and what not). So, I'll just add them up later myself based on what Steam is currently selling each one for.

Not sure what that is...I purchased everything through the Steam online store with exception to Counter-Strike:Source, which was retail (I'll send the DVD case for a few extra dollars if that is wanted, otherwise it's just going in the trash once I get rid of the account). The games that require CD keys have pop-up messages in-game each time you install them, so if that is what you mean by "pop/CD-key" then yes, it comes with those.

 

Also, only PayPal will be accepted. I'll give the login information prior to the purchase, then once the payment is recieved I'll give the buyer the other security questions and what not that are needed for full ownership of the account.
