He took about $50 dollars for an account and ran, I will be contacting paypal authorities for this.

I sent him my MSN adress of PM and he added my within seconds, I'll show you a screenie. All I know is that he quickly creates new paypals and msn's to scam others, and directly mentions some pre-paid card "bouncing" bullshit to everyone he scams.
