Guide: Prevent Steam Disable / Recovery.

My Guide to ensure your STEAM Account you spent your money on.

We wanna ensure it is not RECOVERD/DISABLED/STOLEN. Well this guide will help you.


#1. Always ask the Seller to Run (Steam Disable Prevention) (Delete ClientRegistry)

#2. You yourself run (Steam Disable Prevention) (Delete ClientRegistry)

#3. Login Please Change all info in this Order. (EMAIL/PASSWORD/SECURITY)

#4. When Changing your Password/Email do not use SAME PASSWORD or EMAIL as another account.

#5. Never use Email used on any trade site. E.G. (Sythe/KH/Allsteams/Fkn0wned/LegitSteams)

#6. Verify the EMAIL if Previously Verifyed, If not Leave Unverifyed for 1-2 weeks.

#7. Check Community for Pertinant Information. (First/Last Name) (Location) (Country)

#8. DO NOT DELETE ANY FRIENDS OR CHANGE ANY COMMUNITY INFO for 1 WEEK.

#9. Never Discuss Trades/Sales/Hacks/Sites on Steam Chat.

#10. Anyone Contacts you saying my account ect ect. Simply say its your account never change your story.

#11. Confirm Digits of Account.

#12. Launch any VaLVE Game (This Saves a Folder in your SteamApps) |Great for Remembering Login Name.|

#13. Get Everything you Can. (Proof of Purchase / Original Email / CD-KEYS / Support Account)

#14. If there is a CD-KEY ask for a PHOTO/SCAN (Protects You in Steam Support)

#15. Change Information on Email (Security Questions / Remove Phone #'s / Change Password)

#16. Check Email During Change for First & Last Name's as well as Address Information.

#17. After You have Control of the Email Search it using the Search Mail Function for Steam Emails.

#18. Any Reciptes for games Purchased take Screen Shots (Also Foward to backup Email)

#19. Complete Payment / Recieve Vouches.

#20. Now the fun part Login to the Support Account (If Provided) *Change Contact Info.*

#21. Create Support Account if not Provided with Owners Name & Country of Origin. *Use Original Email If Possible*

#22. Create a Support Ticket. (SPEAK IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE OWNER. CHECK PREVIOUS TICKETS) Check Community for Info.

#23. Post in their Language Use google Translate for 99% Effectiveness.

#24. Post with Message Below.

#25. Check Community for Previous Community Names Used.

#26. Dear Steam Suppport, My Name is (Their Name) I recently had an Intrusion in my Computer. They stole my EMAIL which I have recovered and I am Concerned whatelse this Individual may or may not have off my pc. Example. My Recipts. My CD-KEYS. My Credit Card Info (I do not know how long they had my PC bugged). I request that recovery for my STEAM account be EMAIL & Future Purchase's / CDKEY Scans. Thank You name.

#26. You will be 75-99% Secure Best you can do when Dealing with Steam Trades.

#27. After 2 Weeks. You May Verify Email / Change Community Name / Delete Friends & Groups

 

This guide touches on very good points, following these steps will REDUCE the likely hood of a disable/retrieval, but no methods will ever 100%.
