selling lvl 132. almost 2000 overall lvl. 99 construction. RSC vet. 440M+

I just spent a ton of time writing out a post but this site just erased it all when it told me the server was too busy. so going to write this one quickly.

file is lvl 132, close to 2000 overall lvl. Has holiday items as far back as scythe. has fire cape, rune defender, full void. 5 99s (3 combat). 99 Construction. RSC vet. lvl 80 on rsc, has about 3m (can't doublecheck cause I'm not a member, but it's around 3m.)

Dropped about 25m on building a house, its a 30 room-er with a bunch of good stuff, like a decked out guilded alter and such. File's total value is about 442m but there's 4 santas which are currently dropping so it's probably safer to value it around 400m.

as for the payment, you can either just trust me (i've been pretty much inactive with this account for like 18 months, i'm not going to steal your money), or we can do an OMM if you're paying the fees, or we can meet IRL but i have my doubts that would work unless you lived really close by (i'm in toronto, canada).

everytime i just accept all these msn requests i waste a ton of time with people trying to scam me. i've had 6 people try and add me on msn already since i made this post.

also i'm kind of hoping some guy with a ton of posts/vouches comes along and offers, more interested in selling to those people because their offers often don't end up being fake...
