Usertitle/Signature space sales:​

Sales of Signature/Usertitle spaces are common among Sythe.org's popular members, as it is a win/win situation where companies can purchase afforable advertising and target a specific audience with Sythe.org posters.
However, advertising is a contract-related business, and is very, very complicated. I'll try to keep things simple for a Sythe.org version. Please note that sellers and buyers alike should read through this entire thread before getting into any advertising contract.
You are required to follow these rules, even if you claim to have not read them.



Signature Advertisement Sale Rules:

• Users may only rent out a maximum of 3 small signature spaces and their usertitle at one time.
• ALL PAYMENTS will be collected AFTER each month of service, on the day that the user started advertising. If it is more than a week late on more than one occasion, your service may be removed, and/or your account issued a Trade With Caution rank.
• CONTRACT PREPAY - You may prepay longer contracts with users to lock down the price. This should only be done between two trusted users. In this case, the full payment is delievered immediately for the entire term. If the advertiser fails to meet the monthly quota that was agreed upon at the beginning of the service, the contract will immediately be terminated, and they will owe the advertiser a FULL REFUND OF THE ENTIRE CONTRACT.
• BANNINGS - If the advertiser is banned - they have one week to get unbanned (unless stated otherwise by a moderator on a case-by-case basis) or they forfeit that month's payment, and all contracts are stopped.
  If the seller is banned, the advertiser may immediately remove the signature. The seller will owe them partial payment based on days completed, and the contract is immediately terminated If the advertiser is unbanned, they may then form a new contract.
  Note that sometimes Sythe moderators make mistakes, and/or there are misunderstandings causing false bans. While this is rare, it will affect advertising cases. Please contact your partner before jumping to conclusions. The rules are here if there is no agreement, but if you can both compromise and find a solution both parties agree on, go for it.

Explanation of form:

Post count requirement - This may be a list, giving prices/post count. You may/should give posts/day, posts/total and posts/month requirements. Include additional user-title pricing if you're buying them as well.
Signature ownership level - There are three levels of this.
Free display - As long as your advertisement is displayed, the user may put anything else in their signature space.
Single Advertisement - The user may not contract their signature to any other user, but may use the remaining signature space for personal use.
Complete ownership - The user may only put what you've given them into their signature space.
Contract length - Contracts are explained in the rules above. "Monthly" for the most part should go here, if you're willing to go longer please state that.
