Build An Account [Trusted][Hand Trained]

Hey this is TXUELEX here and welcome to my build an account thread. I know now that bounty hunter is released alot more people pk, and there is even those that just enjoy PvM. Id like to start a build an account service to where you can pay me to build an account to the specs you want.

Why should you use me?

Number 1 reason is your account will never get recovered. How you ask? Well you create the account from scratch. I wont know first password if you make the account yourself or the recovery details. This is why i ask for a down payment because i could do all the work and you change the password and i get nothing.


My Guidelines

- Only accepting OSRS GP , and will accept paypal from trusted users with a note.

- This is all going to be hand trained, I do not bot, so I wouldn't bot on someone elses account.

- If you log on while i am doing the service without prior notice , i reserve the right to end the service and not issue a refund. Exceptions can be made if you just contact me.

- I require a down payment for the account upfront, and once i reach a certain point in the account I will ask for the rest an OMM can be used, but it will be at your expense.

- Down payments are only 50% refundable. I will keep 50% for wasting my time if you wish to cancel the service if it was my own account creation or if you created the account you will only get 10% back and I will keep 90% and pay any OMM fees you didnt pay.
