Hello there guys. I'm new to the forums but still wanted to contribute with the building of this section.
Before starting I recommend you to check this guide first.
NOTE: When creating a pure you should be prepared to not only train a variety of non-combat skills, but also complete many quests. When starting a pure, it's always best to do all of the quests as soon as you can, because you will want to train with the best gear possible.
I. TRAINING MAGIC
Starting with magic is the best option since it will make everything faster (teleports, higher hits compared to melee or ranging in early phases of the game) the downside if that you will need money. If you do dispose money then I recommend you to start like this.
You should at least get 45 Magic, for teleport to Camelot. You can do this cheaply by following these steps:
With 45 Magic, you will have enough power to defeat bosses from essential quests.
II. TRAINING ATTACK WITH QUESTS
So you now you have most teleports available and also you can hit constant 13's with Wind Blast.
The next step is to do some essential questing to raise your attack. Melee can be boring at early levels since it is slow. Raising your attack will help you accelerate the process.
III. TRAINING SPOTS
IV. COMPLETE LIST OF QUESTS FOR A PURE ACCORDING TO REWARDS
V. PRAYER
Well I'm not making a guide on how to get bones and burying them. I will try to give you a better insight of what prayer level you should get.
VI. PERSONAL TIPS
These days, defense is becoming more and more common, as RuneScape continues to add bonuses for players with defence. You will get to a phase when you won't able to kill people on good armor. The way to counter that is high Attack. Combinations like 90 attack and 70 strength, or 80 attack and 80 strength. Strength loses it's importance when you can't hit, and it's important to hit consistently.
Hitting consistently is a defence bonus in itself - if your opponent is eating, he isn't hitting you, which is like hitting 0s.
PKing isn't really about your stats- It is about the bonuses you have, and the way that you PK, the timing of your eating, and things like that.
If you decided to level up Prayer, you should always use your protect item prayer, your strength and your attack prayer, and Smite if you have it.
The most common way of getting defence accidentally is wielding a dragon weapon on Aggressive mode (let's say to train strength) and then switching that weapon to an Abyssal Whip. If you do that, make sure to always put the Abyssal Whip back on Accurate mode, or you will gain defence XP on Controlled. Likewise, check your Dragon Scimitar to ensure that it's on Aggressive mode when PKing. Aggressive mode allows your weapon to hit one more than on Accurate. Never ever attack with spears!

TIP: If you do not want hitpoints from Magic, wear full iron armor.Cast 31 Wind Strikes
Cast 93 Confuses
Cast 130 Weaken Spells
Cast 1,985 Curse Spells
With 45 Magic, you will have enough power to defeat bosses from essential quests.

Attack Reward Quests said:1. Vampire Slayer. This should raise your attack level to 20.
2. The Grand Tree. This will give you 18,400 attack exp. You will face a Black Demon during the quest, but you can easily kill him by standing behind the rocks in the dungeon, and using guess what, Magic.
4. Tree Gnome Village. You will be awarded with 11,450 attack exp.
3. Waterfall Quest. Doing so will give you 13,750 exp both in attack and strength.
5. Fight Arena. This will give 12,175 attack exp.
III. TRAINING SPOTS
MELEE TRAINING SPOTS said:Get a few sets of full iron and all the scimmys.
For levels 1-20 ATTACK & STRENGTH
Cows. Cows are actually the best place to start training contrary to Rock Crabs. They barely hit, it's single zone and you can loot it's cowhide. You will need to kill about 1k cows to reach 20 attack and 20 strength. The pro is that you will also end up with 100k.
If you already done some of the attack quets listed above then keep reading.
For levels 1-60 ATTACK & STRENGTH
Rock Crabs. I like to come to this when I can hit constant 5s. Otherwise it is a waste since crabs is almost always populated and it's multi combat. The pro side? Clue Scrolls.
For levels 20-40 ATTACK & STRENGTH
Minotaurs. You can find this at level 1 Stronghold. Easy to kill, you can loot a low of iron arrows for posterior range training and you can do long runs.
For levels 60-80+ ATTACK & STRENGTH
Experiments it's your best bet. They will rarely hit (and when they do they hit 1), 400 exp per Experiment and this are fairly easy to kill when you have 60+ attack and strength. The con? Sometime it is populated and no loot.
For levels 60 ATTACK & 80-99 STRENGTH
Bandits. You will need prayer to long run on this but it's worth it. Also you can stick to Experiments or Rock Crabs.
RANGING TRAINING SPOTS said:For levels 1-20 RANGING
Definetely Cows again. Easy to kill, you make money, not populated, etc.
Don't use knifes. Just train with shortbows and iron arrows.
For levels 20-60 RANGING
Rock Crabs. Keep the shortbows. I wouldn't recommend using knifes until 60+ ranging and only if you stay on crabs (which again, isn't recommended)
For levels 60-70+ RANGING
Fire Giants. The best spot is on the rooms of the Waterfall Quest. You can loot rune scimmys, d meds, etc. Decent exp and cash. You can choose to stay here
For levels 60-70+ RANGING
Ogres (Biohazard quest spot) and pickup rannarr seeds.
For levels 80-99 RANGING
Bandits and Zamorak Warriors is the best bet. Both need prayer potions but I prefer Warriors since you can get your cash back.

V. PRAYER
Well I'm not making a guide on how to get bones and burying them. I will try to give you a better insight of what prayer level you should get.
RANGERS said:Rangers:
1 Prayer - 1 prayer is great for low level rangers, your usually the lowest level with the higher range.
8 Prayer - It's for that first range boosting prayer, it really isn't worth the combat level.
13 Prayer - from Doing desert treasure, if you really want to stay low level keep it, other wise go up to 26 prayer for the next range boosting prayer.
26 Prayer - This is a great level prayer to have if your trying to stay low level. You get the Protect Item, and the next range boosting prayer.
44 Prayer - This is probably the best level if you are trying to maintain a low level, you have access to all of the range boosting prayers and the protection prayers.
52 Prayer - This prayer is a must for higher levels.
MELEE said:1 Prayer - This is great for stakers back in the day but i dont see a point for it any more.
13 Prayer - Great prayer to have, for people who did DT, plus you get the first strength booster.
25 Prayer - Good to have for protect item but just go for 31 for the best strength booster.
31 Prayer - Key to have if your trying to stay low level. Best strength prayer for pures.
34 Prayer - Another very good level to have if your trying to maintain a low level pure, you get the best strength prayer and best attack prayer for pures. Must have for 60 attack pures.
43 Prayer - Great prayer, this protects you from being rushed and PJ'd, because people won't bother messing with you when they see this over your head.
52 Prayer - A must if you plan on PK'ing any more valuable stuff than dragon daggers and rune arrows.
