Report/post/reason that got you banned: Ban evading / Original reason is posting a thread regarding selling sms memberships 3 years ago.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There were no victims, I dont think I have even managed to sell a single membership on sythe before I got banned.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I'm sorry for raising my gold selling prices lately, thats the only sin I can think of.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Firstly, I want to say sorry for breaking the rules I didint mean to do that, but 3 years ago I was a noob who didint bother to read Sythe rules before posting sms membership selling thread. I didint scam or wanted to scam anyone. I've had the same threads on other forums (Osbot, Powerbot) where sms pins were not against the rules and I did well there.
My first feedbacks on Osbot: https://gyazo.com/5e6929d44e1721986e38c3107397bc89
Powerbot: https://gyazo.com/40b7dd33c6c058a8029cec520d8cc426

Secondly, as my ban reason wasn't a scam or doing any harm to someone I didint expect ban evading being so rough, thats again my fault that I didint bother to understand the sythe rules better when making Axelus account.

Thirdly, since I came as axelus I've been doing an honest work by selling and buying runescape gold all the time. I have received over 10,000 vouches on sythe overall, never scammed or was looking to scam anyone. Even I'm banned now but my site is still getting tens of purchases each hour which are being delivered smoothly so I dont see myself as a risk for Sythe community. Though I cant deny that the longer I stay banned the worse impact it will bring to my business as sythe people might be scared to trade with me now. Thats why if I get pardoned within 3 days (if I get Pardoned at all) I'll happily donate 1000$ to sythe community right away and do 200m OSRS giveaway for sythe members.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes sir.

Thanks,
Probemas

Look, this pardon is hard to deal with.

On one hand, you're a big market presence that poses no harm to users. On the other, you're treating this pardon as if it's not serious at all. One, your admission for wrong doings was raising gold prices, which is a complete joke. Two, I'm not a fan of you trying to offer money to sway our vote. Pardons should not be bought, period.

Also, you've served no punishment for evading so far. You didn't even come forward on your own. If we were to unban you right away, it just sends a message to others that it's A-ok to ban evade after getting banned. I wish you had waited a bit to pardon so that you at least served some ban time. If you had, I would be much more inclined to support.

I also wish staff were still allowed to do conditional supports. If we were, I'd support with a 2-4 week ban, but we are only allowed to do unconditional supports. I'll make a thread in the Staff Lounge to see if we could change that.

No support, I probably would of supported this but the fact that you're offering money to get pardoned sickens me.

I share this exact opinion and I was holding off on supporting as I was still thinking about it, we were actually discussing this for a while. I'll also go with a no support, but would prefer if we could give conditional supports.

As TTB said, it is a hard decision. I don't see you as a harm for the community, but your pardon isn't really convincing. First, you did not have any punishment for evading yet. You just continued to create accounts & in the end, it worked and you did not get caught. Secondly, you don't seem to really care about the rules. It seems that you think making a proper pardon & following the rules isn't necessary since you were successful/trusted here.

No support, I probably would of supported this but the fact that you're offering money to get pardoned sickens me.

As Travis said, offering money to change our vote is not the way to go. I really don't like what you did there.

If we're allowed to do conditional supports, I'm willing to discuss with staffs about the length of your ban. However, since this isn't a thing anymore, I can't support your pardon, sorry.

While I want to support this due to the first part of TTBs summary, I can't morally bring myself to due to the poor attempt and lack of remorse in this pardon. No support.

Ok well this clearly isn't a bribe this is just Axelus trying to make nice to the community after his ban, it's a good business move but it doesn't belong here; I'm not going to place fault on that. What I am going to say no support to is that the pins you were selling were illegally created by yourself, as you so admitted:

fwkvon.jpg

I'm all for making Jagex's life more difficult but what you did was straight up fraud and illegal and it seems from your pardon that you don't even understand this. Even people in your thread knew the dangers of what you were doing, people who bought these memberships faced the risk of having their credit reversed and being placed in negative balance.

I'm not at all happy about voting no support on this pardon but since what you did was so fraudulent I really can't support this

I'd like to apologise for the way I formated my sentence and thoughts, what I meant to explain was, that I know what a huge mistake I've made and the donation is not a payment for a pardon it's a compensation to the community for my unsupportable and horrific behaviour in evading my punishment, now while I agree that it will send a bad example, but please also take in mind that a lenghty ban will also destroy my business with Sythe and upon the time it is lifted it will most likely be too late to restart the activity. I'm sorry if I had made it seem like I was trying to bribe you it was not my goal and under emotion I have posted this appeal without fully checking if everything I wrote was in order or the way I inteded it to be portrayed.

A response to video's post would be nice, as my post was given without seeing that.

Also if it's a compensation to the community, then why would you put pressure on the staff and give us a 3 day timer? If it was for the community, then there shouldn't be a catch.

Tempted to auto-deny this based on the fact that you clearly left out the evasion hoping nobody had caught onto it.

No.

My first post was provoked by stress and tiredness due to being awaked at 3AM, I've rushed into posting this appeal and nothing good has come from it,I didint realize how rude and stupid it looked till I woke up in the morning and checked it with fresh mind.

Regarding evasion, yes at first (in 2013) I wasnt taking it too seriously as I havent realised how serious that rule was, but now I understand that it was a huge mistake that I didint do appeal before coming back to sythe or try to solve this while being a vouched member as I was scared of temp ban which could have caused my new gold shop to completely fail, it was a huge irresponsibility of mine. I'd like to ask you to take into consideration that upon being informed ( banned in 2013 ) that activity was not being supported by Sythe I did not attempt to continue doing it. My current account and my gold shop is a completely new image of me I do not participate in such shady dealings no more.

Regarding Video's post, there's nothing else to add, I've already admitted to my wrongdoings, I do not think it was okay, it was a risky and shady business, (though I was also repaying everyone who were not satisfied with the serivce) which at the time seemed like a good idea. But please take into consideration I was stupid and foolish back then and had no concept of fair trade market. I'm proud to say that is left behind me.
That being said, I fully understand everyones frustration and fully accept the blame and there can be no denial. I agree I should be punished to whatever punishment you see fit and fair.

Thank you,
Probemas

Was that picture Video gave from the first to you ban evaded on the account Pephiroth?

Also did you use illegally obtained membership pins on the accounts you were selling here?

That picture was taken when I was on account lukrecijus, it was my first time participating in non-local forums ever, I had no experience how strict some forums might be . http://www.sythe.org/account-upgrade-services/1589701-selling-runescape-pin-memberships.html Servas posted 'My friend bought of him and got neg after few days..' but I actually never managed to sell any pins, I suppose that post was just a lie. I've created Pephiroth account on sythe like 6 months after and tried the same again, once I got banned I thought that it was because of these pins as @ that moment I honestly didint know anything about 'Ban evading' my english was very poor at that time (you can see that on screenshot) I didint even know meaning for that term 'Ban evader'. So when I decided to come back on sythe as axelus, my main goal was not to get into anything related to these pins, just building vouches and starting my gold shop. As time went by, I understood that I'm technically a ban evader, but lack of knowledge how to solve that and being scared of consequences made me go quiet and keep the hard work without breaking any more rules. It's a huge shame on me and I trully apologize for not taking any actions to try to solve that before it goes public but please consider me being on sythe for almost 3 years and not breaking a single rule anymore. A man has to take responsibility for his actions, I've learned my lesson and will Respect and Accept any decission you make.

The accounts I was selling here were legal (as I have mentioned that I went back to sythe as axelus I was not looking to break rules anymore), I found a trick back in the day how to get runescape membership on 2 accounts with a cost of 1 membership. It included 'Recruit a Friend and earn...
Free Membership and XP' promotion. I was making a new account on runescape and used that account to 'invite a friend', once invited friend purchases membership - both accounts get it. At that time it was easy to buy discounted membership cards from amazon for 60-80% their price.

Once again to the people who think that I was trying to bribe sythe: I'd like to apologise for the way I formated my sentence and thoughts, what I meant to explain was, that I know what a huge mistake I've made and the donation is not a payment for a pardon it's a compensation to the community for my unsupportable and shameless behaviour in evading my punishment. I'm sorry if I had made it seem like I was trying to bribe you it was not my goal and under stressful-rushing emotion I have posted this appeal without fully checking if everything I wrote was in order or the way I inteded it to be portrayed. While reviewing my comments please try to ignore the first post I've made as shock I received caused it to be full of arrogance, angry and stupidity, all coments made after were sober-minded and honest.

Final statements:
1) I'm responsible for ban evading and will respect any decission made.
2) There are no perfect people, we make mistakes, please consider that giving a second chance is not always the worst option.
