I did make a new account (Mayhemz) to message him on Sythe because I couldn't figure out how to pm him without an account.. I only used the account to message him and nothing more.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I wanted to buy an account name from N otice. Me and him discussed me buying the name and me making an extremely stupid decision decided I was going to snipe the name and act like I didn't have it.. I literally regreted it since it happened and I legitimately felt bad for doing it. I've made attempts at contacting N otice through skype and have not had any luck so I tried again recently in the image above. I truly am sorry for what I did and can promise everyone on these forums that there is absolutely no chance of anything like this happening again. I have a full time job and love to play RS and be an active member of Sythe in my free time.. I have made other accounts which is bad evading, not trying to scam members but just be able to be a part of Sythe again. I really would love to have a second chance. Like stated before I tried contacting N otice shortly after it happened and had no luck, I've noticed he hasn't been on Sythe since September. I wanted to discuss working something out with him to make up for what I've done. Thank you for reviewing this and I really really hope I can get another chance because it WILL NOT happen again..
