I planned a "counterscam" but handled it poorly and was banned

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I had bought 97M 07 off of a user called Kugo Ginjo. The trade went smooth as we used Bogdan as a middleman. A few days later I saw him banned for recovering an 07 account that he sold for 110M. I then decided to chargeback Kugo for $115 to refund mosdon in which I won. I had not realised at the time that I had won the claim therefore I was reported and banned. Il admit I handled things wrong and want them to be resolved. I have no problem refunding whats necessary in the near future if possible. I would like to receive forgiveness as my intentions were good but I handled it poorly and I can promise nothing like this would happen again. Il handle these situations more maturely if given the chance.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No (The powerbot situation is resolved but I need to wait 3 months before Im unbanned as a form of "punishment" for the way I handled the dispute and my attitude. Also if your wondering why I refused to phone paypal, it was because I am currently 17 and didnt want the risk of them finding that out or asking me questions that would have got my account closed. I new I would lose the case if I didnt reply so what Kaii said is wrong but if I did win it I would have refunded without hesitation. Also to point it I did not recover the account until the dispute was made.

Drento asked me to post proof of what I said. Turns out I and a mod from powerbot was wrong. I can appeal in 3 months. Heres the 2 thread links.

Note: I never saw Chris's last reply until now since he locked the topic.

So I asked for the situation on a seperate thread and a mod just said I could come back in 3 months which I took as me just being unbanned in 3 months and waiting it out.

I asked to see Chris's reply and what the situation was again just today.

So I contacted Superfluous on Skype to ask if mods have posted hidden posts on my pardon. He said some have. Am I aloud to ask how many supports/no supports I have and who has posted even? I only have 3 days left so Im worried if its not had enough views from staff. Thank you in advance.
