I am appealing on the grounds that it wasnt me who did this trade/scam. I have never used that paypal etc and I am not sure if you can check IP's. My password was the same for everything unfortunately.

I did know about the ban previously and as I was rarely in the scene anyway, I very shamefully did nothing about it as I was naive and thought I would forget about it. I appreciate it may usually be a simple refund of $400 as it wasnt me who did the trade, but this situation is different in the sense that I knowingly did not provide a refund and attempt to clear this up. Having had the time to reflect over the past 10 months or so and with Christmas near, I need to get this sorted to clear my conscience which was at the time hazed.

I had done trades with Elena in the past and she was a good friend of mine. I also donated a lot to this website and would not risk all of that for a measly $400. I am willing to provide the $400 to Elena at todays rates.

Once again, I apologise for the actions of myself after the scam occured and it was extremely low of me to not attempt to clarify the situation at the time, nor provide Elena with a refund. I cannot justify to you why I did what I did but hope you can see past that considering what I have done for Sythe (I appreciate it is not all about money being donated).

Elena - regardless of whether the unban is sucessful I shall refund you $400, please do pass me your details as I am on a completely new skype account. I have simply created this pardon now to enable staff to take a look into this as I know they can be lengthy processes.

Refund her first, have her PM me or someone else on the staff team, and then you can post a pardon. Remember to read the stickies and follow them too. If you don't do read and follow the stickies in your next pardon request, then I personally won't be able to support you.
