User scammed multiple users at OSBot.org, I am an admin there and banned him for scamming http://gyazo.com/dddb5d11a8b7e3265e79c2860fc1b551

Once we provided him with the users he scammed and told him to contact them, we gave him two of the users skypes. He never came back and posted on the appeal. We denied it after a week.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Ok so I took 2 gyazos of me trying to contact him over the past several months/year and they have a triangle beside them so he might have me blocked, not sure. But as you can see I blocked him when the incident happened, but unblocked him because I regretted what I had done and wanted to pay him back.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Negative
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I technically didn't scam him but I gave him the run around, said I was interested in his account and he let me check it out, I decided I didn't really like it and the offer fell through and he got mad and filed the report, however I take responsibility for it and was more than willing to pay back his "losses" but he won't get in contact with me.
Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes

Thanks
