Won gold refusing a refund

explanation of the trade: i bought two accounts of won gold for a "deal" the price was lowered and upon purchasing i was told to register my email.

won gold says they arent responsible for "banned accounts"


these accounts aren't banned, after getting the accounts i logged in and viewed them and it was fine so i went to bed, the next morning i registered my email, after a bit of walking around i was disconnected and it was shown as "this account is suspected of being stolen" so i recover the password and change it (this happened twice)

and now i am scared to log back into the accounts and play as i dont want a ban or this to continue happening. I have asked won gold for a refund and they stopped replying/made up excuses.

I just want my $100 in bitcoin back and they can have these accounts back that are clearly flagged.
from what i have read everyone here gets banned for even trading them so after purchasing them and having this happen it is no surprise to me i am having difficulties on accounts they made.

 

As per video and a few other staff opinions, Won will need to refund you.
