Multiple staff have warned him about sticking to single posts and bumping only once every 8 hours, yet he bumps every 3-4 constantly?

Look at those bumps all, same thing throughout his threads.

He takes paypal, but doesn't buy SVU? 90% of his vouches seem fake as well, emphasizing that they went first or used paypal.

I got an infraction for a SINGLE post that counted as excessive bumping because I quoted people in my middleman thread. This guy has been bumping for 2 days straight lol.

EDIT: I don't think he'll stop

 

Nothing proving the vouches are fake. Hopefully a temp ban from infraction buildup will help him understand.
