Explanation of the trade: agreed to train on my osrs account for 17 hours for $12

How they scammed: played on the account for no more then 20 mins then kept making excuses as to why he couldnt play. 24 hours after the sale was made still no progress on the account and stopped responding to me when asking for a refund.
