Bought his account 10 dollars, And now he is ignoring me since he recovered the account. Has also been deleting my negative feedback from his vouch thread saying it is spam

Okay I am really fucking frustrated with this fucking guy. He is obviously ignoring me he keeps reporting my comments as spam isnt this ban evading? What the hell more am I suppose to do.
