Mafi is a Scammer!!

This user has been scamming on the forums for a while now on the neopets market. Past usernames include veggiehoarder and Kashh, which have been banned due to reports. This user claims to have sold me an account she obtained from unregistered emails, though she clearly stole it off someone from another forum, and has already been banned on said forum. The proof is below. I intended to purchase the account she was selling but did not send payment after obtaining proof from the user who was scammed that this account was stolen, and instead returned it to its orginal owner (can provide proof if neccessary). The account is now banned due to mafi as well.

This user is clearly the same person on the other forum. The speeding ticket excuse was used on both forums, in fact it is pretty much the same thread.
