What happened:

I replied to a message from MrEvilPwns, and at the end of the message, I put "I'll do 100$ if you want. quote this /30, highest wins, geeeeeeeeeeeluck", MrLucyDraw then called it, and rolled a 4. I said "It wasnt intended for you, but gl" and I rolled. I then won and he refused to pay and said "report it and see what mods say".

At the end of the day, I was talking to MrEvilPwns yes, but I didn't specifically say it was aimed at MrEvilPwns only, therefore the opportunity was available to all. As MrLuckyDraw called it, and got a bad roll, he then saw it as an opportunity to refuse to pay.

He said the dice wasn't meant for me. And reluctantly rolled because I rolled low saying whatever. If a $5 donor or anyone who had rolled high he wouldn't of rolled and said the dice wasn't meant for you. He made it clear it wasn't mine to dice for and he made it clear he wouldn't of paid if the person rolled high saying the duel wasn't meant. Pretty obvious

Sorry man, it was directed at another user, and if let's say it was someone who wasn't trusted then you'd say "oh too bad you're not trusted that was for Mrevil etc."

It's a void roll, doesn't count cause your post was directed towards Mrevil.

If you flip the coin around, and he rolled 29/30, and I said no thanks, he could turn around and say "but you didn't say anyone specifically had to call it" because I just added the message onto the end of the post, yes, it was for MrEvilPwns, asking him for it, but I didn't specifically say nobody else could do it. If he can roll, then he should proceed with the dice in my opinion. I've been legit with him and paid his winnings, therefore he should do the same with me.

I'd also like to add, it wasn't till after he rolled when I said, "it wasn't aimed at you but sure"... therefore, he was fully willing to do the bet, and I wouldn't have said no, because if I didn't, I would've probably received a scam report too.

At the end of the day, if he gets away with technically a free chance at 100$, it's ridiculous and he knows this himself.

Another thing i'd like to add, lol.

If you look at the past 100 pages of the donator thread, if somebody calls something (even before another person), the first person to call is the guy who it's vs. Therefore, because I didn't specifically say anyone, he was first either way so I realistically couldn't have refused it.

I'm with Dave on this one.
The post was made for 1 specific user, not towards let's say a group of donators or whatever.

If this sort of thing happens again, just don't roll yourself and point out the rules/agreement you made with the user you were talking to.
That makes things a lot easier :)

Really? So he just got a free roll for 100$?

So what you're saying is, if I didn't say "this actually wasn't for you but whatever" he would be forced to pay?

Put yourself in my shoes.

If he can quote my roll, then why should he get the right to decide against it because he rolled small? Like what the actual hell lol. I didn't specifically say on the initial post it was specifically for somebody, it wasn't. I would've done 100$ regardless, but he quoted it and rolled, and I won.

He just sent this to me, i'd like to get other staffs opinion on it. Especially, Unb4nn3d's because he's around the dice topic alot.
Unless directly specified on the thread who the roll is for, it is generally open for anyone to accept. Yes, he quoted the other user in the post as it appears directed towards MrEvilPwns, but it didn't state anyone else was allowed to roll. As the user quoted his post and rolled, he would have done the same if MrEvilPwns wasn't quoted in the first place. He had been gambling in the thread on many occasions already.
This unintentionally says, "High rolls are valid. Low rolls are invalid", which would be an expected response given the situation.

I think he's being a sore loser and should be held responsible to pay.

Yes I was talking to him, but notice the line change when I said about the 100$?

I agreed that I was talking to him, the first 2 lines were directly at him. The final line was an open dice to anyone. Primarily aimed at 1 specific user but of course, as I didn't say it was aimed at him, anyone could potentially call it. Hence the fact I didn't say his name directly. Why would I dice 1 person and not another? Especially someone who I paid 20m 07 to 20 minutes before, theres no reason I wouldn't do it with him. I even asked him if he wanted to do 150$ on paypal before I wrote that, he said no and flamed me and said I was addicted to gambling, so I blocked him. I then unblocked him when he called my bet and I won, as I wanted to give him my paypal. That's when he refused to pay.

I'd like to add this too. It took me a while to find but I finally found it.

http://www.sythe.org/donor-lounge/1696600-official-donor-lounge-dice-thread-post-here-148.html

Here you can see (pretty much the entire page) me calling a bet, where no rules were specifically mentioned, but because I rolled /100, and he won, I was forced to pay it up by Unb4nn3d, when potentially, because no rules were mentioned, if the same thing here that all mods are going against, I could've got away without paying. It's the same principal.

As you can see, Unb4nn3d said "you lost fair and square, therefore you have to pay him".

Isn't that the same principal as this? MrLuckyDraw called my bet, I rolled back, and I won fair and square? So surely he should be made to pay me?

If I was made to do it before, then why shouldn't he here?

If he would have rolled higher like a 30 you surely would have said "that wasn't for you" and it would have been void. I don't think he owes you anything.

Ridiculous, the general rules of the thread which people go by is if somebody calls it, you have to roll, unless you specifically state that they cannot do it.

I think this is unfair and I think if the guy was a newcomer with $5 donator and 30 posts, you'd take my side.

I think you mods need to listen to somebody who's experienced in the situation. Maybe hear a thing or two from Roary/Unb4nn3d who are familar with the dice section and how it works. Certain rules occur on the dice thread that aren't necessary stated on page 1, and people stick by those rules. If you quote something, unless it states you can't, that's it, theres no going back "if you get a shit roll", as you can see with the picture I put up in the last post, this happened to me, and I gladly paid, as I realised it was a mistake on my part. He called it, whether it was INTENDED for him or not, he called it, and because I didn't state he couldn't call it, then it's official and as he admitted in the post Unb4nn3d made, if the roll was higher, he would've changed his mind.

This guy knows what he's done, he knows he lost fair and square, but because I said "It wasn't actually intended for you, but whatever", he saw this as an opportunity to get the fuck out of the whole bet, and slime off with a free chance of winning 100$ and a ticket out of paying, and you guys are allowing this.

I agree with this. However the actual case that we have is: two rolls were made.

MLD accepted an offer that was not for him and BH allowed it by agreeing and rolling himself.

Even though the MLD's roll was really low, there was still a possibility BH would have rolled even lower and BH would have had to pay MLD. I doubt the case would be in dispute if BH had to pay MLD, therefore it shouldn't be in dispute when MLD has to pay BH.

For future reference dicers wishing to make a one on one offer should explicitly state who the offer is for to avoid a situation like this.

So what's happening? Is he made to pay or not?

The dice was open to anyone, but specifically aimed at one individual, whether that individual would've said yes or not, I would've done it as I was doing it all day, hence why I didn't say it was only for one person. Also, that's true because if he won, I would've paid so there would've been no need for a dispute.

Here are my PP transactions for July 4th. http://gyazo.com/0caf14467724edcd34f7ebdc68bcb30f This shows me paying out and me getting paid out many times for 50/100$.
