ICanBreak scammed by chop errday

Bought an account from him earlier today and he deleted me off Skype a little after without sending me any info.

Also if you get confused on the limit part... The problem he was having had nothing to do with me, apparently his account is limited and therefore he had to wait like 24hrs to get his payment released. Not my problem. He asked about my Paypal because it may have shown him that im limited due to my own personal situation with Paypal atm but it doesn't affect me in terms of anything. I can still send money and receive it without any issue. Also he did verify in the log that he did receive the money.
