Explanation of the trade: He added me on skype (randomly might I add: no post in sythe, nothing) and then requested CSGO as a gift for paypal - He explained that he couldn't purchase anything through steam even with 4 different Credit Cards. I asked why he couldn't use his paypal - he said nothing would work. He was being very pushy about using Paypal to trade with me instead which made me even more suspicious.
