TWC request

Why I think they should have a TWC? Firstly, we where doing dice duels. I won 2 then we tied on the 3rd roll. I said re-roll and rolled a 9. He then said he didn't want to re-roll. But I know, and I'm sure anyone else knows that if I rolled lower he would have agreed. IMO he is a threat to the community.

- my re-roll. If that roll was different, there is no doubt in my mind that he would have rolled.


On every other dice thread I have seen a tie people have rerolled. I didn't state in my OP that a tie would mean a reroll, I assumed others would have thought the same.

You may be right, that had Jay won the reroll, he would have accepted it. Whether he would or would is mere speculation about his character, and has little relevance to the issue at hand. What is relevant is the terms agreed upon, and there is no term that says a tie automatically entails a reroll. Although this may be standard practice, to me it doesn't seem to be so obvious that it goes without saying.

There isn't enough here to warrant a TwC. I suggest that you modify the terms on your thread, stating that if there is a tie, a reroll must occur until it is resolved, or something to that effect.
