Josh G scammed me

Briefly explain the trade:
I was completing 86-88 attack for him. We agreed to a 1m deposit before i commenced, and then 2.5m upon completion.

I then got to 30k off 88 and he said that's fine and he was going to bed so to meet him for my payment of 2.5m.

I waited and asked where he was, and then this...

I realise that I don't have a private message screenshot proving his identity but surely what I have is enough. It's only 2.5M, which i'm not even fussed about, it's just the dishonour and disrespect shown. As a community we need to stamp out these ignorant scammers, especially since he's a newcomer, who knows what more there is to come?
Please ban him before he takes advantage/scam someone for more. Please.
