Briefly explain the trade: We decided on a trade of SSGP for a 20 euros psn card.

How he scammed: After I gave him the code I purchased from a reputable site, he said the code did not work. I did not believe him but I did not have enough proof to show that he was scamming, therefore I dismissed the trade since it was only 20 euros and I did not bother to report.
