Scammer "the bird man"

This guy sold me a zerker, after a week has recovered it and is now selling again on the same thread!!
Unbelievable....
The accounts name is "dudelm1def"

Edit: later he has now changed his threads first postto "sold" meaning he either saw this thread or has sold the acc again to someone else.
I still have no access to the account, and he does not reply to me.

 

No admin response? Would say its pretty clear what happened here.

 

How is this taking long and why is this guy still unbanned?
He has removed + ignored me on Skype and will not respond to anything.
