mcbadbat is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: On Saturday, 30th March 2013 add "mcbadbat" to Skype in reference to his post advertising a League of Legends account. every thing went fine we did a screenshare on skype and i said it was all good and made the payment. as seen in the 1st screenshot



then on Tuesday, 2 April 2013 I had the first problem with the account reciving a random email from riot saying that someone has attempted to change the password of the account. (email is screenshot 2) i then attempted to work out what was going on and he seemed helpful. (at this stage he has not regained access but merely attempted)





On Sunday, 14 April 2013 (yesterday) i tryed to log onto the account and got this error.



i then used the recover username.
(during this automated step you give riot your email by clicking the "forgot username" link you then receive an automated email with a list of accounts attached to that email.) when i received this email i saw that the account i had purchased was removed. they only way to do this with out me seeing any sort of email warning that something has been reset ect. is via a support ticket on the Riot support page. the only other person with this information is "mcbadbat" aka. Alexander Palvlov. this is the attempted skype conversation but shortly after i attempted to send these messages i was blocked via skype.



if you look in the top left corner you will see he has now stoped sharing skype details and blocked me. nearly 3 weeks of him being online the day the account gets recoverd he goes offline and blocks me:

I have nothing to gain from this report even IF i do get my money back i don't have the account that i payed for and further payed for riot points to make more in-game purchases. even if i had the account (which i honestly don't) he is the original owner and at any time could recover it. he is at no loss. i do alot of online trading and this is by far my worst experience and an obvious scam i hope my screenshots show that.

as i final screenshot. If i had they account why am i talking to riot to try and retrieve it. this whole post will be sent to paypal as evidence during dispute.
