Briefly explain the trade: Made a thread layout for him at a price of $15. He agreed to pay the next day but ignored me and possibly blocked me.
How they scammed: Hasn't payed for the layout.

He has not sent me any payment and is ignoring my pms/skype messages.

Extra information
Posted a thread in SF about money troubles, so he may be a little short on cash but I'd like him to pay the full $15 for the layout.
Thread here

Cheers.

Looking into this now.
Added him on skype, if he ignores me he will be BANNED.

He did not come online like he said he would, I'd like you to get a hold of him if you could.

He was answering my PM's this morning, So try PMing him.
