Scammed by Range Me

Briefly explain the trade: I was to be pay him 45M for PAX Sivir, but after the trade he said he was ingame and after a while changed the password and blocked me/deleted me.

A. I don't have him blocked, he signed off lol.
B. He never traded me the gold he never accepted a 2nd screen.
C. I wasn't provided with a working user and password, before I even got to check he accused me of changing his info.

 

I clearly remember to this day, that years ago Range Me was banned based upon my report; I no longer have the evidence that I had back then (nor can I find the report); But I clearly remember him admitting to me, that he sold accounts then recovered them and resold them once again. I honestly don't understand why he was unbanned in the first place. Edit: I can clearly even remember they were 99 Hunter accounts, which were botted. And a main which he admitted to recovering.

Edit 2: Apparently I cannot find any leaks in his posts, so he may have not been banned, for some reason... But I do clearly remember him admitting to me. Meh... I will try to find the picture from back then. He may slip through this one, because I remember I was using my old phone and I think I took the pic from phone ebuddy messenger, and if my memory is right, I'm 100% sure I don't possess the proof anymore, as I have a new phone since then.

A staff member may be able to find this among my started threads in the archive, I don't know.
