The OP calls it "his guide" (http://puu.sh/1zkPR), yet has just copied from various of sources and compiled it onto one thread. Not once does he give credit nor even mention any of the sites listed above.

 

Your Puu.sh doesn't work.
I have left a post on his thread stating he should name sources.
