Scammer Levitate

Hey, my fellow friend had recently got scammed by the user "levitate" for 10m rsgp . He was trading 10m rsgp for 1b ssgp and he scammed him which is pretty pathetic. He are some screenshots to prove it was him.

Background: For 1, he has recently joined and already has 38 something posts. He sent him a message of his rsn and then met him in w11 lumby where he traded the gold to him. Once he traded the gold to him he logged out. After he logged out he sent him a message on skype saying "where the fk are you". He then also tried to say that he gave the gold to the wrong guy, which is evidently false because in the rs message it shows him proving it's him.

All that I am asking for a punishment could be maybe the "trade with caution" sign. A ban would be better, but whatever you guys think.
