He got banned after that thread and now unbanned to refund everyone who he owed, but he hasn't.

I sent him a PM about my $30. He replied:


Last message was on the 12th and still haven't received anything.
His last activity: yesterday (17th).

Take a screenshot of your paypal received payment's history so you can prove that you've never received the payment yet.
