Omnitored TWC Request

Long story short for this fella, he keeps wanting to go onto everybodys account when they tell him they can take pictures, send him screen shots, skype screen share, have a OMM on the account for him, and then i saw on a few occasions he wants the EMAIL removed and to let HIM on their account, oh also wants their name before he even buys the account, this guy has been fishy on multiple occasions including me. He wanted me to let him on my account, to do what? drop all my untradeables? I believe he should be hit with a TWC.
