You need to include the Skype ID so that it overlays some of the chat. Also, where does he say that is his Skype?

Unfortunately it isn't. Anyone on Skype can claim to be a user. However, we need evidence showing that 'whathappened' is indeed mhmd21.yasser. on skype. Without any sythe confirmation that's him, or even time stamps to match the PM to, there is no evidence he is said person.

So can you please include a picture of the Skype ID overlaying the chat, as well as the part of the chat where you ask for a PM? (Please include the time stamps of the chat)
