I messaged this person on skype a day or two ago inquiring as to whether or no he wanted to buy some Neopet Items I had. We came to a deal that I would sell him 2 items for $100 USD, and I agreed to go first as he is more active on this forum.

I sent the items and waited for him to send the payment, after 10 minutes I asked him where it was and we figure out that he sent it to the wrong paypal. So he gave me the items back until he got the money back.

I messaged him a today a like 40mins ago and he said he got the money back so I sent him the items again. But this time after I did, he blocked me on Skype.

Please ban him.
