Using 2 different names on Croc787 and seems to have a tendency to use VPNs, suggesting he may have something to hide. Even if it's a VPN match, is it possible that the IP was used by both users around the same time? May mean he forgot to hop off his VPN when hopping profiles. :S

 

Unfortunately I don't think it's enough of a match to ban them both. And no, they used that VPN at completely different times.
