Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

Part 1:
Rs07goldsales is lying about his location on his profile, I got suspicous when an ip audit turned up all these users indicating proxy/vpn use so I went digging.

1st account I clicked: one his threads this popped up:

After that I decided to resolve his skype, shown here(I hid his ip for protection sake, if I need to show an uncropped pic with his ip I can).

I then decided to track his ip and loe and behold look wheres he located:

(resolver picks the nearest largest city I believe, I'm guessing if you track his exact longitude/latitude using the same tool you'll end up
near Harlingen or w/e).

Lo and behold look what I FOUND:

ANOTHER banned user from texas, anyone else starting to figure out the odds of all these users being in Texas, on sythe, and they all match each others locations?

That's now 3 banned users all located in Texas turning up on one audit, the user in question is running vpns/proxys clearly and from my guess has been cleverly ban evading and growing large reputations fairly quickly, He did a good job covering his tracks(all his previous skypes I could find are deleted/in-active and I cant resolve them).

Never seen anyone in my life have their locations in texas that are linked on 1 SITE on 1 IP AUDIT OF 1 PERSON.

*also I want to say every previous skype that his audit links to is now deleted.
funny how every banned users on his audits skypes are all un-resolvable hmm?

And of course if you look back @ pp/RIPS threads/posts, compare how many reported posts a day he does... just indicates a habit thats been going on since he's been ban evading all this time.
