Requesting TWC on csgoskinshop2015

The back story is, I posted on his thread and talked to him about his knife, we settled on a price but he refused to go first to me, or Vegeta508 despite his 1k vouches, he also refused to use him as a middleman. Earlier in the conversation he had linked me a steam account with the knife he's trying to sell on it and I asked him to add me, and he refused and said "I dont add people i can send you a trade offer". He ignored my requests to use a middleman of his choosing and eventually stopped responding. Then randomly the steam account he linked me adds me and asks me what i wanted. As you can see in the conversation he has no idea that we just talked because it's not him.

I can submit as much proof as you guys need to apply this TWC, not to mention his account was made yesterday. His skype name is also in his thread.

 

I'll go for a ban over TWC. Trying to use someone else's steam account/sell items that aren't yours is a ban.
