Scammer posting/saying his paypal address:
While the scammer did not tell me directly on Skype, it is with clear indication that this is the user because I had linked him to my livechat. You can also see in the third screenshot where he asks for a vouch then declines because he realized he was going to chargeback. He then posts a vouch for us after we asked him twice:
