ScaperAndrew - Ban Evader

User: http://www.sythe.org/members/405394-scaperandrew.html

Banned: http://www.sythe.org/members/372892-andrew9000.html

1. Both have used the same IP at one stage (not a home IP).

2. Two days after andrew9000's last activity, scaperandrew created his account.

3. Both created several threads in "Runescape 2007 General".

4. Both offer a payment method that seems highly unusual when buying gold that I have never heard of:

Thanks
