ip check

jwing if this guy matches any banned users concretely: http://www.sythe.org/members/287951-dumby1.html. there seem to be a lot of partial matches

current ip is 88.196.200.247

mostly just surprised someone with 1k vouches would go afk for a year; we've seen large people (elena etc) go afk, come back, and scam large amounts, so i thought it couldnt hurt to be safe. no hard feelings

Banned.

Thanks for the report.
