I will get my money back since I'm going to dispute/chargeback (more option if needed) but the user needs to be IP ban. I should of known after doing a IP audit check and the account was linked to "Chloecat " whom is banned. I highly suggest to ban any IP address associated with "Chloecat" and "Bayzo" that links the two. Thanks.

It's also unfortunate that people are trying to scam with paypal. It's really easy to chargeback and they are just wasting their time and ours. Oh well, shady people these days.

In reference to the note you made about Chloe, there are often times that IP's overlap and when you are on a mobile device it is kind of hard to control what network you connect to.
