Reporting lagbot - Dicing Scammer

Okay on thread we decided to do two 5m's 07 he won them I paid out he then agreed on a 10m 07 I won and he just logged off on Sythe and didn't respond..

Heres proof he logged off & at what time he did.

It clearly shows he scammed me and logged off & didn't pay which is sad this user should be banned.

Also this is the second time he logs off after he owes someone money I recall that he owes LoLSmurfin GP but lagbot logged off and the same thing to me as he did to LoLSmurfin this should be sorted out this scammer cannot be doing this.
