Teme94 has scammed me!

Briefly explain the trade: He answered on my theme: http://www.sythe.org/eoc-runescape-gold-sales/1561129-selling-rs-eoc-gold.html#post12165119 , then we were talking on skype and when we had arranged everything, I went first and traded him 100M

How they scammed: After he has accapted the trade, he said he's paying now and after an hour, there was no payment recieved yet. I asked him to check the transaction and he said, that it was successfull. He has also posted me a screenshot of his paypal and there it say, that transaction was completed, but nothing came to me. I called paypal and they said, that I didn't get any paymanet.. So I asked him for transaction ID and since then now answer from him and he's online all the time now on www.sythe.org forums.
I've just talked to him and he said that I was threthening him with report? And that he has been afk all day (how is then possible that on his account was visible that he was reading different threads all the time? Anyways I didn't manage to get my transaction ID from him. But he's claiming that he did paid and proved and that's everything he have to do.
