Mango Scamming me

prick scammed me for 75m, was supposed to give me 3 months membership via ugc but wasnt valid, in the beginning i thought i was supposed to use prepaid card then i realized i used wrong i switched and it still didnt work, then i started cussing him out and telling him to refund or id report and yeah, he logged off.

Briefly explain the trade: Was selling me 3 months of membership for 75m , stopped answering after i told him it didnt work.
How they scammed: gave me a fake ugc code
What time in the video does it show the user's msn: doesnt show user's msn, however it shows his skype name at : 2:18
What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items:1:21
What time in the video does it show you not receiving the account/money/items:he sends me a pin, as you can see i keep trying to use it but it says it is wrong and it wont let me, you see me trying for about 10 minutes.

it shows in 2:19 if you look closely, it says mango.upgrade which is the one he put
