"So it is fair that he has taken me 7+ months to repay me, when he has had the ammount to pay me back numerous times. And the only reason I agreed to only having that small ammount of money left was so I would actually get it, As show in the screenshots most of the times when I asked him he either flat out refused or stopped responding.

I would love to see proof of him giving me more then what I have stated on the thread, I also belive it is fair to add a 5% intrest rate per month for all the problems + blatant lieing that he has done,

Because I am also wanting the full $530 back, a 5% intrest rate on that So in total I will be looking for, $560.11

Stui also wishes to add that since corey is being unprofessional; letting personal feelings cloud his judgement; just like he did with the Elena case; he requests that another mod handles this case.

Any other mods can happily hop in and give their opinions as well, any scam reports can use a collective approach. I will still be giving mine however.

The fact is simple, if Stui wants to be a jackass to me, I'm not going to bother wasting my time talking to him on Skype. If he were sensibile I would have happily added him and discussed it with him.

Also, nothing has been decided either way and honestly the scam report hasn't moved at all because I want to hear Daves side of it before we go any further.

I agree its not fair that you had to wait so long if he had the money, it wasn't his and no time should he have ever spent a dime of it. If thats the case we will find out.

Ehh, nothing big, don't worry about it.

It's currently being discussed in USL so I will report back when that is done.

As for Dave's defense, its all the evidence hes posted.

 

Nothing new. Dave has paid back the agreed amount in full and this is over with.
