Dave has scammed me and now I am reporting him nearly a year on

Long story short, I told him to charge back $530 and then send me the money which he hasn't done, Initally we didn't agree on a toatal it was assumed that he would give me the whole ammount
I then agreed with a $30 which he also agreed to and then kept changing it until it got to half.

I am requesting the full ammount of $530 due to the inconveiences occured on my part (Having to wait over 229 days to get my money which I still haven't totally recived)

Very long dispute so I will sum it up

15/5/12: I sell 1b to dave for $530
22/6/12: I tell Dave to chargeback $530 and send me the money after (To pay pockets + TBT back)
27/6/12: Dave wins the dispute

11/1/13: Dave sends me $26 because I threatended to report him
6/2/13: Dave sends me $16.79 because once again I threatend to report him

In total he has given me

Total Given In Paypal = -$4 + $9 + $26 + $16.79 = $47.79
Total Given In RSGP = $25 + $25 + $12.6 = $62.6
Total Given = $110.39

I do agree there is at least 100m missing @ .45, If Dave can provide proof of this then I will happily edit the total
So I will say at maximum he has given me $155.39 USD, while making me take a huge monetary + personal loss

I would like this account to have it's privledges changed so it can only post on this report if possible, otherwise i will just make vaders and keep posting on this so it is approved instantly

 

I'll look into this when I return home in a few hours, kind of hard to do from my phone.

However, I haven't read through much of what'sposted but I can post the proof of us agreeing there was $36.50 left of the payment + $4 for the payment for powerbot VIP and that I've paid the leftover money, I actually might have some of those screenies left on my post Corey.

Now, since that other $9.28 was sent earlier and before we had a final agreement on the last $50, even though we both agree it's $40.50 last night which included the extra $4 you sent me for Powerbot VIP.

So in total from the last two payments it's been $26 + $16.79 = $42.79

Now, if Corey thinks (because of my lack of proof) that I should pay the remaining $7.21, which I'll happily round up to $8, I will do so once he tells me to.

Dave claims that there are payments made that weren't on paper, and you claim that you re tallied everything and you're out money. The fact of the matter here is, you made an agreement with him last night and I honestly can't see where you would have gotten $50 if it was really $80.

If that agreement was made a month ago I would consider the fact that enough is enough and you should just be paid back in full, however you made that agreement literally last night.

At this point I'm going to have to go by the very recent agreement you guys have made in this case, and unless there is anything else you'd like to add I'm going to say that Dave owes you $50 as per your agreement, minus any payments already made.

The $9 or so that was sent before the agreement does not count toward the final agreement. You two can figure out how much is owed based on what I've just said.

As per my math, it seems Dave owes you $7.21.
