Heads447 Account interaction. And possible TWC

Heads447 http://www.sythe.org/members/326645-heads447.html was banned recently and caught on his ban evader account (Virus http://www.sythe.org/members/361156-virus.html ).

In this thread http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/1517517-so.html he originally made as "Virus" he posts as Heads447 acknowledging account interaction (like a total dumbass)

I am also proposing a TWC (if his complete lack of character on multiple accounts doesn't warrant a perm) on the account due to his dishonesty on ownership of the account "Virus" several times over. After he was caught he still is dodgy about owning the account indicating (to me atleast) that something is definitely up with it and the owners intentions.

On Virus (after his FIRST infraction ban on Heads447) He was just a troll even flaming TinyChat one night then made complaints against being "trolled" after he made a bunch of enemies (see: http://www.sythe.org/feedback/1506859-people-harrasing-me-forum.html ). He has ban evaded TWICE on "Virus" during his account Heads447 being banned (only punished for one time though mind you).

On Heads447 he has been banned TWICE in the past 40 days for infraction buildup (several times before hand as well, with no signs of remorse and or rehabilitation) and continues to flame incessantly and deny ownership of "Virus". He has also taken the habit of harassing users he has little vendettas against both onsite and offsite (Just ask Jack Goff and Dialatic to a lesser extent).

In summation I propose a permanent ban or at the very least placement into the LCU with a TWC (for all this shady denial of ownership of Virus). This guy is a flaming (both in and out of SF) confrontational hot headed individual that i and many others feel is a complete hindrance on the community. during his account Heads447 being banned (only punished for one time though mind you).

EDIT: DURING ME MAKING THIS THREAD (possibly immediately after) HE WAS BANNED AGAIN FOR WHAT I CAN ONLY ASSUME IS INFRACTION BUILDUP. I HOPE YOU CONSIDER THIS WHEN READING OVER WHY NEED RID OF THIS UNDESIRABLE CHARACTER (did somebody say sarune 2.0?)

 

I don't believe that having a bad attitude warrants a TwC, or that he's gotten quite to the "alma mater" stage. He's also publicly admitted that Virus is his account: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1521763-virus.html I'll bring this up in SL in case anyone disagrees and thinks he should have a harsher punishment.

Edit: His latest evasion on Beds has changed my opinion on this. I don't find blatant/repeated rule-breaking funny
