Possible Scammer, Requesting TWC for JustHope

Reason: Wanted to buy upgrade, started bad since he told me the price was 8M more than his thread stated....

Then it got worse from there, thread ALSO states that he gives you a number to punch in, he will get the text and accept it, then you get the membership. AFTER I paid him the 18M he wanted, he told me he would need access to my account (Not in his thread) and claimed that the thread needed to be updated...

After asking for a refund several times because I started to have some trust issues, I had to threaten him with reporting him and requesting a TWC before he would give me my cash back...

He claimed he would let me do it, but if it failed he wouldnt refund me..

THE ONLY WAY IT WOULD FAIL IS IF HE DENIED THE TEXT HE GOT

TWC or BAN this scammer, I really dont care which...

He is not a scammer if he refunded you the full amount you gave him. Although his persistence to keep a sale seems odd to you I do not think it warrants a TWC although I will advise him to refund immediately upon request in the future. I also told him to advertise the correct price and state in his OP the process of his upgrade service.
