Threat to the Community - Sebastian Vael

Sebastian Vael is a threat to the community, whether it's intentional or not doesn't really matter.

He has 4 payments to me, 1 to my American Paypal account, and 3 to my Canadian Paypal account. They were all held at different points, the 1 to my American account was reversed, and the other 3 are still pending but will most likely be reversed as well.











He knew all of these were happening, yet he still continue to send me more from different accounts and they got reversed as well. Any payment he sends ends up getting reversed, he's a threat to the community. He now owes me $10 again, and if the other $25 or so gets reversed then he owes me that as well.

I'm sure his Paypal donation to Sythe also got reversed (ask Matthew though), and any payments to any other Sythe member.

I'm requesting a ban until I'm paid back the full amount by Western Union or mail, fees on him. If not a ban, then trade with caution at least.

Okay, he plans on selling some stuff to pay me back on Sythe. He doesn't need to be banned then.

However, make sure he doesn't buy anything using Paypal, or they'll most likely be fucked over too.

 

I don't feel the user is a threat to the community, as long as he refrains from PayPal trades until the situation is settled I believe there will not be a problem before he has given the affected users their money back. (Dialatic - Silver_J - n4n0)

However, I would like a second opinion on this.

 

I'd also just like to add to the record that he owes jake123456789 $10 as well (which he was supposed to send to me - but it was held).

Banned until paid back. This is as bad as scamming.

 

Moes6223 just PMed me, looks like he's owed too (I haven't checked the validity of this screenshot - it was sent to me).

He has confirmed that he owes all of these people.

This can be locked then until he pays back as he's banned.

 

I'd first like to know full screenshots of his entire PayPal showing all transactions that got held.

Yesterday he gave me a list and promised those were the only people affected. Today I get PMed by two more.

 

Here's a screenshot from one of his Paypal accounts. I'm working on getting some from his others too. He sent me an unedited version, but I didn't want peoples real names here so I edited them all out and put their forum names (if I recognized them).

Anyone without a red name beside it means I don't know who they are on Sythe.

 

Thank you, I am currently doing this with him as well and he has a hard time telling people apart.
