Thanks Punjabi3 for processing my report.

Well I didn't get scammed by this guy and I don't have hard proof that he actually scammed people on Sythe.
Thus I didn't report him in the "Report A Scammer" section because I don't want to break this sections rules.
Obviously there is a lot of evidence that he has been scamming and especially that his intention to advertise on Sythe is simply evading his other bans and luring people into scams.

My intention was to make people quickly aware of his history so they know which kind of person they are dealing with.
Furthermore I summarized all this information and reported my post for the mod teams convenience.

I would be glad if you guys took action asap.
