Showed up same day as last ban, known scammer who has multiple profiles at a time. IP matches one of his many meaningless unregistered posts which are usually just him bragging about scamming $22.50 or calling me a faggot for getting him banned.

Even if the IP match doesn't warrant a ban, this user has seemingly posted solely from proxies and is clearly hiding something and thus should probably be forced to post from a home IP address.
